1. 本購物網站無七日鑑賞期, 訂購前請務必確認好,想購買的商品種類、尺寸、顏色和數量 ,與客服確認後,再下訂單.
   44ForFor SHOP have no cooling-off period that please be confirmed with customer service such as the type, size, color and quantity which the commodity you would like to buy before ordering.

44ForFor SHOP have two manners only to contact customer service to order products which is by

3. 運費計算 : 購物滿NT$1000一律免運費； a.購物未滿NT$1000,   b.運費NT$70~150 依配送方式而訂

PS:(免運的條件不包含儲值卡、SIM卡 、手機)

Transportation Fee;

1. Free shipping on orders over NT$1000
2. Less than NT$1000, it depends on delivery method (NT$70~150)

PS: (The condition of free shipping does not include Recharge Cards, SIM cards, mobile phones and so on.

4. 付款方式 / 配送方式  

1. 超商貨到付款
2. 郵局貨到付款
3. 貨運貨到付款(新竹貨運)      

　Payment & Shipping method          

　(1) Cash on delivery by convenience store

　(2) Cash on delivery by Post office

　(3) Cash on delivery by Express (HCT Freight)

5. 購買者須提供以下資料:

      (1)姓名 (真實姓名) 超商取貨時 須出示證件證明

(2)電話 (貨到時需要聯絡通知或超商到貨簡訊通知)

      (3)收貨 地址 /  超商取貨 店名 或 商店代碼

The purchaser must provide the following information as below;

(1)Name; Pick up goods from convenience store have to show your  document such as Residence Certificate , Health Insurance Card or Passport

(2)Phone number; Notification when goods arrival or  SMS notification from convenience store.

(3)Receiving address, Pick up Store Name or Store Code

6. 退貨 / 換貨 :

除非因商品本身既有的瑕疵,才能換貨, 否則恕無法退換貨, 訂購前請務必確認好,想購買的商品種類、尺寸、顏色和數量 ,

並與客服確認後,再下訂單!!

  Return & Exchange Policy;

It cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product defective. please be confirmed with customer service such as the type, size, color and quantity which the commodity you would like to buy before ordering.

7. 儲值卡購買可以提供超商條碼 或帳戶轉帳 (線上取密碼=私訊取得密碼),可以節省運費.

　Purchases the Recharge Card can provide store barcodes or account transfer at the same time.

　 BTW, (password online = password obtained by private message), which can save shipping costs.

Q3.如何購買儲值卡?? 如何在超商繳費?? (溫馨提醒:購買儲值卡,使用超商繳費,我們私訊PIN碼,可以節省運費)

A:請與本網站客服中心聯絡,確認您要購買的儲值卡種類,我們將提供您一組超商繳費條碼 (條碼有效期限2天內),

請到超商櫃台完成繳費,並將收據拍照回傳客服,我們將提供PIN碼給您儲值!!

可再4大超商繳費(7-11、全家Family Mart、OK)

Q3. How to buy a Recharge Card?? How to pay at the convenience store?? (Kindly be reminded; payment by convenience store that we can send  PIN code message privately, you can save shipping fee when you buy a Recharge Card)

A: Please contact the customer service center of 44ForFor SHOP to confirm the type of Recharge Card you buy, we will provide a set  of payment barcodes (the barcode is valid within 2 days),after that; Please go to 4 convenience stores such as 7-11, Family Mart and OK

counter to payment, take a  photo of the receipt and send it back to us, 44ForFor SHOP service center will provide you a PIN code to store ASAP.

　

Q4.儲值卡密碼(PIN碼)有期限嗎??

A:儲值卡沒有期限，還沒有儲值到門號內，都是不會有期限的 ,提醒您，若是選擇「線上取密碼=私訊取得密碼」，請您一定要馬上使用!!

Q4. Is there a deadline for the password (PIN code) of the Recharge Card??

A: The Recharge Card has no expiration date. If you have not stored, there will be no expiration date. 　　

　“ Kindly be reminded ”; if you choose "Get password online, it means same as get password by private message", please use it immediately!!

Q6.SIM卡如何購買與需知??

1. 1.限在台灣的外籍移工 (菲律賓、印尼、泰國、越南 , 以上 四個國家)

2.需要雙證件才能激活 (證件:居留證、健保卡、護照其中二個, 有效期限須在1-3個月以上, 可以在購買前先提供,護照號碼與有效期限查詢)

3.激活時間由顧客決定

Q6.How to purchase SIM card and need to know issues?

1. 1. It limited as four countries of migrant staff(worker) in Taiwan (Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. )
2. 2. It need two documents are required to activate (Residence Certificate , Health Insurance Card or Passport),
3. 3. It can be provided the passport number and expiration date  before purchase to check this is due to the period of validity must be more than 1-3 months.

 4. The activation time is determined by the customer.
